- Routine – You can book ahead online or at reception. New appointments are added each day.
- Same-day – For urgent problems. Please call reception to book.
- Self-book – Sometimes we will send you a text so you can book yourself.

If all times are taken, a GP is always here to check any urgent needs.

Our reception team will ask for a few details about your problem. This helps us get you the right help as soon as possible. Please be clear about what you need or what’s worrying you, so we can match you with the right care.
Need to Cancel or Change an Appointment?
If you can’t come, please cancel or change your appointment. Try to let us know at least 2 hours before, so we can offer it to someone else.
Check or Cancel Your Appointment by Phone
You can check or cancel your appointment any time by calling 01782 627 403 and choosing the Check and Cancel option.
This service is available 24/7 and doesn’t require speaking to a staff member.
Note: It only works if the phone number you’re calling from and the patient’s date of birth match the details on their medical record.
